Go to the unlock screen and tap Restore purchase, using the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I listen offline?

Yes, after unlocking. Go to Settings, then Offline audio, and tap Save audio.
